Our Story

Candoo was born from a familiar frustration. As homeowners running busy households, we found ourselves drowning in the never-ending chaos of home maintenance. Who do you call when the HVAC stops working? Is that plumbing quote reasonable or are we being overcharged? Which contractor actually shows up on time — and does quality work?

We spent evenings scrolling through review sites, texting each other lists of things that needed fixing, and playing phone tag with Providers who never called back. One of us would schedule a repair and forget to tell his spouse about it. Quotes came in with wildly different numbers and no way to tell what was fair. The mental load of simply keeping our home running was overwhelming — and we knew we weren't alone.
