Candoo was born from a familiar frustration. Owning a house means keeping a running list in your head — the filter that needs changing, the contractor who never called back, the thing making a noise you have been ignoring since March. None of it is hard. All of it is on you, and there is more of it than most people expect.

So we built the thing we wanted: one person who knows your house, shows up on a schedule, and takes the list off your hands. Not an app that reminds you to do it yourself. Someone who does it — the scheduled maintenance and the repairs in between.

We are based in Austin and we work here. The pros who come into your home are people we have met, checked, and would send to our own houses.
