Concierge Fee
What is the Concierge Fee?
Candoo charges a 10% concierge fee on services performed by Providers that we source on your behalf. This fee covers the work we do to find, vet, and coordinate the right professional for your project.
When does it apply?
The concierge fee applies only when Candoo finds and matches a Provider for you through our network. If you bring your own Provider and we simply coordinate scheduling or communication, the concierge fee does not apply.

- Sourcing and vetting qualified Providers from our network
- Scheduling and coordination on your behalf

The concierge fee is always disclosed before you approve any work. You'll see the full breakdown — Provider cost plus concierge fee — so there are never any surprises.
